"It's been an interesting few years here. Projects are awesome with millions of users testing my code and providing fun and tough technical challenges. I've had to deal with database tables with hundreds of millions of rows in OLTP environments. Perks are epic: who gets to play foosball, xbox one, chess, board games, etc. and have nerf or water gun fights at work on a regular basis Company cookouts every Friday for lunch then tech team game nights every Friday night. Friendly bright team!"

"I'm a 40 something professional and I've been at Softrock for the better part of a year now. It's been an interesting and challenging learning experience. The owner, Alec Difrawi is the smartest person I've ever worked for. Period. From the very first week of actually being on the floor and producing, a new hire has the chance to speak up and be heard by the CEO. How many companies can say that they offer that? And it's not lip service, it's fact. That sort of input is more than welcomed at Softrock. Not only Alec, but most of the senior staff make themselves very available for the employees to voice concerns, ideas and observations. I'd honestly say it's very widely known secret of success at Softrock - sitting down on your hands and keeping you mouth shut is not the sort of employee that will find much success. Constant innovation is a source of inspiration for Softrockers - "Question Everything" is a motto that is echoed from the top down to the bottom. Softrock isn't just about the upper management though - the various departments and tenure have many occasions to get together and play as hard as they work. Breakfast food is offered in every kitchen throughout the day as are soft drinks and coffee. Each Friday is an employee cookout and various contests are going on on just about any given day of the week. There are even chances to get together on holidays and weekends for other company team building events. Building team spirit and a sense of community is vital to our legacy and I look forward to continuing to build a life with Softrock and being an active part of its success."

"I've worked for Softrock for 2 1/2 years now and I cannot recommend it enough! Corporate culture is huge in deciding where you best fit in the workplace and SoftRock is certainly unique in that regard. We have organized sports leagues, free cereal, popcorn, and soda in the break rooms, a video game room, and various company sponsored outings and in-house competitions. Every day that I come in to work presents a new challenge and opportunities for growth. Softrock is great in that even the lowest employees on the ladder frequently engage with our senior staff and are constantly presented with opportunities to have our voices heard and our ideas weighed. I cannot recommend working for Softrock enough. We work hard and play hard, this is easily the best company to work for in Orlando."
