"Our company culture. We have a motto to put patients first and I think we do that well. We even bring in customers regularly to share their stories with employees."

"Take time to get a glimpse of our industry prior to interviewing. You'll see that those working in this industry our passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers."
What don't you like about working at Advanced Bionics?
"We're constantly working on launching new products and research new technologies that we don't always get to catch up or interact with colleagues outside our departments, especially those who work internationally or in the field."

"To continue listening to employees world wide about their frustrations or concerns and progressing our company culture."

"It's a fast-paced company, and the e-commerce department that I worked with often made daily changes that would have a direct impact on sales throughout the company."

"Be honest about your abilities, but come prepared with your own visions and ideas for what you can do to increase productivity and sales."

"There's a certain lack of flexibility when it comes to bringing new ideas to the table, mostly because of the nature of the company needing approval from franchisees before making sweeping changes."

"To take more charge in dictating things to franchisees rather than being excessively patient with them, which can often lead to great ideas being slowed down in their time to launch."

"Ridiculous work/life balance. Most mid/senior professionals work 50-60 hrs./week. Also the culture is very meeting centric."
