You will be given adequate resources to perform your job. However, job security is nearly non-existent. A number of people have been unceremoniously fired on the barest of pretexts. The compensation is average. The company does not address major issues, but will spend dozens of hours revising the dress code multiple times.

1.7This is a poorly managed company with nobody being paid what they are worth and has a nonsense revolving door employment policy. The owner is a basket case whack job who surrounds herself with incompetent idiots who don't know how to run a company. Stay far away from this party, it's a depressing place to work.
