"Don't bother. Anyone can pass the interview, they won't pass the probation period. Less than 6% of Yurman employees are long term."

"Unfortunately as is always the case with high paced environments, its a sweat shop where employees were controlled and isolated to extremes."

"If the management paid a little more attention to ALL of the staff and their duties and employees are comended on a job well done as well as given direction when needed, the moral would rise, so would productivity along with better teamwork."
