"With the exception of the CEO the management beneath him but above store level have rarely worked in our stores...not promoted from within...and seem to be lacking in a true grasp of how our stores work"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand who you are managing. If you know where the people beneath you are coming from, it makes for a better manager/employee relationship"

"The company was new to the area and offered ways of advancement."

"I didn't like the fact I had to work alone in the stock room"

"There was nothing I could suggest to management. It was a positive environment."

"great cannot complain. It was an assignment through my staffing agency"

"Just get the job done and fun with the experience."

"During the days when it gets busy with customers demand at the same time working on receiving stocks from vendors it gets pretty challenging to multi-task."

"Maybe a little bit organization when serving the customer's demands."

"Some of the people can be fun to work with. Some of the jobs can inspire creativity."

"Don't expect much. Run of the mill, and less than savory, this place can demoralize you if you let it. Go in expecting a simple job. Learn what you can and get out. Until this place can reestablish themselves as a formidable and reputable company, this place is no more than a stepping stone."

"The lack of care and concern of quality in workmanship and diligence. Not a lot of people seem to care about working there, or wanting to work there."

"Lead your teams. Don't sweat the small stuff, focus on the points that matter. Build your team up and encourage them to want to be there and work their hardest everyday."

"fast paste enviroment, learn something new everyday. And close to home."
