"none at this time, there was a progressive management time in place, my only statement would be, stay with the current business plan, because its working !"

"The store was divided into different departments an no one would help each other out."

"Listen to the mangers that you have in place they are there for a reason"

"The people and the property site were both fantastic to deal with everyday."

"Plan to spend a lot of time in meetings and the hiring process takes quite a long time."

"Nothing comes to mind as it was a short stay with new management."

"Try and keep management more stable, we asked the residents to stay, but often the managers did not."

"Paul's was a very fast paced and busy company, the challenges of making customers happy were never ending and therefore made each day different and rewarding"

"Ownership has changed since I was employeed but when I was there don't apply if you're not interested in hard work and long days"

"The everchanging staff of salesman that needed to be trained on the policies of the store"

"Paul's management was fair and easy to work with, Paul always hired good staff that was always willing to work and learn about the job"

"Having access to the tools and parts needed to do my job. The company itself is a good company."

"Be honest in an interview, don't try to sugar coat your skills or knowledge because it will come out in the field on the job."

"There is no room for advancement. There is no challenge anymore, it has become mundane."

"Pay attention to your employees and utilize their knowledge and skills in a more broad aspect."

"The software is dated and the support is lacking from the top down. The trucks for the techs are in need of upgrading and repair."

"A major upgrade dispatching the technicians is needed along with investing in a newer fleet of vehicles."

"They went out of their way to please their employees. Employees were motivated and made it a fun work environment."

"You must have great customer service skill and want to help customers. It is a sales-based company. Make sure you let the manager know you will do whatever is in the customers' best interests."

"The opportunties within my degree field were limited. No database positions were located near family."

"Continue to motivate and please the employees. Keep a strong culture, and stay true to the founders' goals."

"Do Not Take the job, be prepared to work long hours and not be rewarded for it"

"constant changing of pay scale, too many long hours, all upper management never held accountable"

"I would stop changing the pay scale for sales personal and hold all the store managers more accountable"

"Please do not take this job. It will literally suck the joy out of you."

"There is no vacation time. The pay is too low. Little training is offered. Poor work-life balance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would pay attention more to my employees. I would also extend training to them. I'd also try to do my job as opposed to trying to make others do my job."
What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I like the opportunity to move up, and 18 days of PTO starting off."

"Look for something else unless you like to be pushy."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"They are so focused on sales numbers and percentages that they forget they are dealing with actual human beings and their money. The goals give you no choice but to shove things in customers' faces and sign them up for things they don't really need. It's conflicting personally when you don't want to push unnecessary products on people, but you also want to hit your goal because you don't get paid enough. Also, your bonus isn't that big."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were running the company, I would enforce its mission, to help every customer succeed financially, and not shove products in their faces and set unrealistic goals for employees."

"The CEO and the President were good leaders to work for."

"Make sure you have a clear understanding of the direction of the company prior to accepting employment."
What don't you like about working at Reading Crane & Engineering?
"The CEO retired and the President was replaced. The new President brought in his own people to direct operations that were not knowledgeable of the business."

"Don't try to change the company overnight and respectyour employees."

"There is nothing that I like about Wells Fargo as a company."

"If you are looking for a job, this is the place. If you are looking for a career with coaching and help from upper management, this is not the place to be."

"The upper management does not care about the employees or the customers. They are only about the $$."

"I would want employee feedback, and I would listen more carefully to the concerns of my employees, regarding working conditions and customer feedback."
