"They are so focused on sales numbers and percentages that they forget they are dealing with actual human beings and their money. The goals give you no choice but to shove things in customers' faces and sign them up for things they don't really need. It's conflicting personally when you don't want to push unnecessary products on people, but you also want to hit your goal because you don't get paid enough. Also, your bonus isn't that big."

"If I were running the company, I would enforce its mission, to help every customer succeed financially, and not shove products in their faces and set unrealistic goals for employees."
