"You must have great customer service skill and want to help customers. It is a sales-based company. Make sure you let the manager know you will do whatever is in the customers' best interests."

"Look for something else unless you like to be pushy."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"They are so focused on sales numbers and percentages that they forget they are dealing with actual human beings and their money. The goals give you no choice but to shove things in customers' faces and sign them up for things they don't really need. It's conflicting personally when you don't want to push unnecessary products on people, but you also want to hit your goal because you don't get paid enough. Also, your bonus isn't that big."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were running the company, I would enforce its mission, to help every customer succeed financially, and not shove products in their faces and set unrealistic goals for employees."
