"Forget it. We lost our contract and this division is pretty much defunct."
What don't you like about working at Boeing?
"No windows. It was like working in a basement. We had to call up to the security desk to find out what the weather was like. No restaurants or fast-food places anywhere nearby."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't be afraid to give people a pat on the back when they do something over and above their job descriptions."

"Learned a lot about taking non maternity clothes and translating them into maternity wear."

"NOTHING. the health care was very very affordable when I was there yet I understand that it has increased significantly"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"dont do it unless you have the impenetrable skin of a dinosaur. even then expect to be looking again in 3 years."
What don't you like about working at Motherhood Maternity?
"it was extremely crazy there. most of the managment is insane. literally. tons of micromanagement, ruling through fear, bosses getting upset over being 5 minutes late. improperly given criticism (yelling, etc) in front of your peers. most employees were reduced to a fight or flight level of survival. I would never work there again."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"a good way to describe the situation at this company is the fish rots from the head down. the owners are insane. clinically insane. their main focus is on the shareholders and their profit. I have yet to find a competent person in upper management"
