"Great customer and work force / lack of direct reports."
"Love: Good compensation and benefits, interesting challenges, high level of flexibility in how my time is spent. High degree of responsibility. Don't love: I work in a mature fab, so there are few opportunities for glory and abundant opportunities to make mistakes. High degree of responsibility: misplacing a decimal point can cost the company millions. On call 24/7.Overall, it's a good job, but not a job that I love."

What do you like about working at DecisionOne?
"My direct boss is stelar. I love doing FA work and problem solving on the line."

"It is a good entry level place to work however raises are slow and upward movement is unusal."
What don't you like about working at DecisionOne?
"The new Operations Director is a lone wolf and does not support the team work enviroment. He is well known for bullying employees and throwing co workers under the bus"

"Put the Human equation back into the Human resources and you might find that productivity will raise substancially."

"Every company has control systems that slow down improvement ideas and this is the same with my company."

"You may be better off asking friends or friends-of-friends about the job than asking during the interview."

"Company often demands 24x7 on-call for months on end. No extra compensation given."

"Change the company culture. Hire fewer people with advanced degrees."

What do you like about working at Henkel?
"They were in the Bay Area and the technical side of adhesives was very interesting"

"High turnover is staff and operators. Management seemed to be selected for low cost and you get what you pay for."

"Don't throw away employees. Managers need to learn how to grow their staff especially since this is a company that is known for high turn-over."

"Very dynamic, many experienced people, valued innovation and effort, had a great team of international players."

"Sorry, no advice. The division I worked for is no longer in business. I wish it were."

"The product based on photographic films was fading away. Great company but with a doomed product."

"Change to phamaceutic, instead of imaging. with the skills in fine chemistry and phamaceutics at the company, such a change would work better than going to digital cameras."

"Challenging. I work at several roles such as process engineer, emulsion formulation, statistician, etc"

"Be ready and willing to work in a fast paced workplace."

"Very dynamic and with high degree of involvement in what the customer needed."

"Grow and Look for expansion in emerging markets such as India and South America. The enginers of Rogers are very good and should solve most of its problems."

"You will enjoy your experience at the company. I sure did while I worked there."
