"You have to be super outgoing, popular, its more important than actually doing work."
What don't you like about working at Dell?
"Dell Management sucks, doing your job does not matter as much as being popular Dell managers worry about their bonus more than rating employees fairly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn how to rate people on the work they perform. Management should not get bonuses, only employees."

"Extensive product range addressing multiple aspects of data center planning, deployment and function from single systems management to entire data center management."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Excellent place to work, for technical roles focus on understanding APC technology even at an entry level a solid understanding of what APC is trying to achieve will go a long way."
What don't you like about working at American Power Conversion ?
"Corporate bureaucracy, undoubtedly present in all organisations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Streamline management functions, there are often more chiefs than anything else."

"Emageon was bought out by AMICAS who is dismantling Emageon."
What do you like about working at Emageon?
"Got to be creative and approach Systems Administration in a Software Engineering mindset. Many cool technologies to work with or experiment with."
What don't you like about working at Emageon?
"Buyout by AMICAS, laying off support staff so existing customers cannot be properly supported, phasing out Linux to Windows because new management is afraid of it, likely shutdown of manufacturing and facility."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a plan besides just eliminate a cheap competitor due to stock market woes."
