Submit a Review"I love the success of complex issues, it's very fulfilling to know you've made a difference in the customers eyes and that customer is happy with the performance. The one aspect of networking I really don't like is that sometimes you have to put in some time in the middle of the night for any major changes that can affect customer SLA's, but I know its an integral part of the job, so I deal with it."

What do you like about working at Wipro?
"The work itself along with the technology we work with. We are always working with the lastest and greatest and we see a lot of diverse networks from our customers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"50-60 hour weeks are normal and you will never get caught up. Large projects can bring hours of 80+ just to keep on track."
What don't you like about working at Wipro?
"The work load is overwhelming. We run 10-15 projects at the same time and keeping up is impossible so our customer satisfaction is low."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The workload needs to reduce to a level that we can be successful with. It's hard to work when you know you will fail to meet expectations of the customer before you start."
What do you like about working at WireFree Communications?
"The flexibility in working remotely. Secondly, the collaborative environment is high."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to dress 'cool' as temperatures can get to 120F."

"Nothing at this point. I've worked with the management team from a previous tenure so it was great working with them again."

"Nothing at this point. When things are good with the management team there's nothing to complain about."

"The company had flexible hours and allowed me to work at home when not at customer site."

"The company laid off everyone and eventually went bankrupt. Poor management."

"Stay focused on the business and the existing customers. Don't take them for granted."

"Management decision making is unpredictable so no tips would work. Maybe just be a nice guygirl and say you dont like to be paid too well for your work."

"Salaries are really lower than low ends for the industry"

"Get more professional - management IS a profession, not just a vocation."
