"They are doing a good job overall"

"Nothing, absolutely no support from management, new field for me (commercial lending). I had to beg to get answers and to move forward."

"They were very disorganized (no receptionist; loan officers had to take turns answering general phone line; understaffed in processing dept, very long processing turn-around)."

"I enjoyed the flexibility that was availibly in the job that allowed me to do my own schedule."

"I could only tell them to be sure they understand all of the details of the job."
