"time passes to fast and not enough overtime for the fast pace work environment"

"There are some issues with processing being centralized in Ohio and not local."

"Make processing/operations, even if its a small group, available in each local office so there is more accountability and control over loans in process."

"A loan officer's job is 100% commission, make sure you are financially comfortable with this type of pay"

"I cannot think of anything I did not like. It was a very positive work experience and I enjoyed the time at HSBC."

"None, I had a great manager and enjoyed a very positive working relationship."

"As a loan officer, you must be comfortable with a 100% commission. If not, this might not be a fit for you."

"Over all I was very happy. There is nothing that I can think of that I did not like."
