"Our funding capital had been cut from monthly of $850 million to $250 million which required staffing cuts."

"No suggestions. Thought they did a really great job and took very good care of the employees."

"Homefield was a boom and bust company. In my opinion, they funded loans that I never would have signed off on and in the end it caught up with them. It was a great job and great pay, but not the strongest company."

"Be strong and don't get pressured into doing something you don't feel good about."

"I always felt uneasy about some of the loans that were being funded. I have a lot stronger work ethic than a lot of my coworkers."
