"Every effort I made to get additional training was rejected. Only engineers were allowed to obtain additional training."
What do you like about working at Chastain-Skillman?
"I did enjoy the work but felt stagnet after two years."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They only want Higher Degrees, Bachelors, Masters, PHD...if your from a Techinical School don't bother..."
What don't you like about working at Chastain-Skillman?
"Drafters were not encouraged by management to continue education or additional training. My guess is they didn't see any immediate benefit for the cost of it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You always want to train someone else to be able to do your job. The military taught me that. You train the personnel underneath you so they are able to move up and so are you."

"The biggest benefit to working there was the air of teamwork. The ability to interact with management with ideas."

"If you are able to get a job there is is a great place to work."

"Just being laid off after 9/11."

"Taught me to be an great designer."

"No flexibility"

"Great managers"

"Nadel Architects is an excellent firm to be able to learn and develop your career. There is an excellent pool of Senior Executive Partners that I would consider friends."
What do you like about working at Nadel?
"The people and the environment. In addition, the high visibility projects are great to be able to add to your resume."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to have a long range approach to any promotion as most design professionals there have been there for a long time."
What don't you like about working at Nadel?
"The pay has been notoriously known industry wide to be on the low end of all firms."
