"Culture of fear due to constant level of layoffs over last 10 years."

"Empower employees, put time into people, invest in making the place a nice place to work."

"The company has developed my career very well, in line with a general policy of internal promotion. There have also been numerous opportunities to visit overseas offices and to participate in senior level decisions."

"Be mindful of the extremely global and matrixed environment. It is difficult to identify where decision making sits so be prepared for a level of ambiguity."

"The company has lacked executive stability and has struggled to articulate a coherent and consistent strategy. This has occasionally manifested an air of uncertainty amongst staff."

"To streamline the vision and to align all divisions to achieve the vision."

"Limited resources, often lacks focus, and you must know OSHA and NIOSH regulations related to toxic gas and radiation detection."

"Focus on key markets, publish more, and bring back applications chemists."
