"OMG!! The owner is wound tight! The employees are very new to the trade! Helpers of less than 2 yrs running work in populated plants. A lot of politics with a company with only 15 employees. The qualified staff are VERY OVERWORKED, the young staff (18-22yrs old) are terrified but overpaid. I've seen the owner (a former Marine) get within 6 of a young helper and cuss him like a dog. He will micro-manage the simplest jobs, he will argue with you about everything, he does not understand controls, but will bid on highly tech jobs and expects one man to assume the full duty to teach 2 yr helpers the complexities of logic control. Terrible place to work, poor pay, weak benefits, and grueling office staff. NO ONE will own up to anything, and take credit for everything good, as long as the man that did the job isn't around. This company should be in transit with as many people that get thrown under the bus. This company has an unbelievable turnover rate. In business for 2 yrs, we've been through 30+ electricians alone! I've seen 9 gone in 4 months."
