"As this was a smaller company I was afforded to opportunity to work directly with the customers and to attempt many different types of projects which I enjoyed."

"This is a great company to begin with but not to build a career with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work to improve the main program that the company sells which has to be updated and customized for every customer as there has not been a major improvement in half a decade."
