"There is always politics at every company but exceptionally low at Pioneer. This was an exceptional company."

"The variety of responsiblities. The daily routine was never routine. Everything had a deadline to be met."

"The people and the work were the best. The benefits were a plus also."

"Never ask someone to do something you would not do yourself. Treat them as peolple not numbers."

"I absolutely love my job here. My supervisor is awesome, and I haven't met one person that I don't like. Every person has been more than willing to help me. The only thing is you need to have a thick skin. Borrowers will yell at you but please be mindful that it's not YOU they are yelling at, that it is the company for whatever reason. The only thing I wish is that they'd give you some extra 5-10 minute breaks to get some fresh air or walk around as you mostly sit all day."
