"Clarify the training time frame and plans, the interviewers insinuated there would be ability to train with another person but did not really supply training in the end."

"Training was not as complete as needed, could use a more detailed training class for software."

"Create a training process for the specialized software utilized for and by everyone in the company."

"The salary of a sales associate at Banana Republic is very low. I need something higher to afford an average living style."

"I would concentrate more on the new employees, making sure that they felt at home, and on training schedules. I would have new employees shadow someone of previous employment."

"ALLDATA is a High-Tech software hosting company in the Sacramento area."

"If you are a professional with more than 7 to10 years experience in your current job role, RUN!!"
What don't you like about working at ALLDATA?
"ALLDATA can not attract top level professionals and when they do those employees don't last very long. The executive management team tends to hire and promote family and friends who are not experienced in the roles they are hired to perform."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Executive management needs to be removed and in it place a team of professionals need to be hired who know how to build a company, manage individuals and various programs and evolve various departments at ALLDATA to be lean. Stick to product road maps, become strategic and competitive in the market place again. Pay people what they are worth!"

"I like learning as much as possible with the customers."

"Just know that no matter how hard you work, you cannot get ahead if it doesn't fit into the financial picture."

"I don't have enough help if things get busy, but am still expected to have the right answer."

"everything seems so mundane, same problems everyday, same issues, nothing ever gets fixed permanently"

"empower the employees, make changes not only to products but to prodcutivity"

"I liked the call center environment and the fact that the company participated in creative outlets outside of the regular required duties."

"I would suggest to a candidate to be themselves and display professionalism."

"I did not like the fact that supervisors would coach or reprimand their employees in front their co-workers. There were no proper guidelines to assist employees when doing their jobs."

"I would suggest to management to find private places when coaching or reprimanding the employees. Also, put the proper continuity in place. It is always a benefit to have guidelines in place to make the business run smoother and more accurately."

"Fantastic team of people, good environment, leadership listens and engages with employees."

"Not much in the way of opportunities for advancement, no career pathing"

"We need career paths, there is no vertical movement in sales support, only lateral"

"The lack of stability which led to my getting laid off."
