"They wanted an automoton to handle accounts. Ultimately the company went entirely online and elminated most of their offices and positions."

"If you want people to truly grow the business, then hire the best, and give them the authority to make the right decisions. Don't preemptively limit what they can do."

"Build your own skills and look to upper management for suggestion, don't rely on sales specialists to do your job for you. Also maintain a calm attitude and leave problems at home."

"My only complaint about the company is their HR department."

"My main suggestion is for the HR rep, they are really bad about responding to emails or calls. The customer service should start from HR, because they are the front line of the business."

"Management is very, very poor. Terminix goes through a lot of manager, and you have to use your own car and gas."
