"The management changed every three to six months, so the working conditions changed with that."

"Be very detailed in your questioning of their business practices, requirements and policies. Also get everything in writing so you will not be misled in any way down the road."

"The management style is demeaning and demoralizing in it's interaction with employees and customers. There is also no long term growth opportunities."

"Learn to treat employees and customers as your partners in success rather then as a subordinate that you are doing a favor for by allowing them to work from you or by you. Also understand that employees are much more successful when they feel like they are fighting for a company rather then fighting against the company."

"They're supposedly the gold standard of customer service. They may be living off their reputation but it still looks nice on your resume."

"This might be the best of the department stores, but that's not saying much."

"There's a lot of politics the further you work your way up the ladder. Along with it goes a lot of backbiting and pettiness."

"They should treat their employees better. Too much of a swinging door. Their pay scales are much too low."

"Fashion, Fashion, Fashion, become very knowledgeable on your product and its brand awareness. Be prepared to enter an environment where great customer service is key!"
What don't you like about working at Armani Exchange?
"I enjoyed a lot of things about my position with A/X, the only thing I would have liked to improve was the product inventory, but if the sales are rising it was really hard to do so. But I love to have whatever my clients request because they were very loyal."

"Always keep a positive attitude, stay active and motivated in the job description their is always something to learn about being a leader."

"I enjoyed the flexability to hire and train my own sales team, create my own schedules and the challenge to meet quotas"

"Just be yourself. This company is not a bad company to work for. Just be open-minded to ideas, even if they do not agree with your own personal belief and value systems."

"The politics were sometimes unethical and I was forced to use extrinsic motivators to motivate my sales team. I personally like to use intrinsic motivators, especially when everyone is already afraid of loosing their job."

"Be careful to rely on biased assumptions and unreliable sources. This could lead to faulty terminations. Verify all sources before reaching a conclusion."

"It was a very nice place to work. The environment was very professional and full of great people."

"Team work is a very important part of the Allstate plan. Make sure to mention any and all experience to have working in a team environment."

"It was very hard to move from one department to another."
