"Communication is key. If your not sure about something, ask unil you become certain."
What don't you like about working at Alliance Resource Partners?
"Being an underground mine, it is extremely difficult to successfully supervise employees on a level that would assure an acceptable level of compliance to federal, state, and even company standards and regulations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Develope a better relationship between the laborers and management to increase compliance levels. A better explination of why the new standards are being implemented might decrease their level of resistance."

"Get rid of quotas for assembly lines, workers work fast not safe."
