"I work for a big company. Working under Pepsico is a great feeling. My health benefits are fantastic compared to other companies."

"Lack of advancement and growth from within the company. It seems like they love to hire laterally with other companies under the the pepsico umbrella or better yet, our very competitors-i.e Coke cola"

"Can run the route as your own business. Salary and benefits are very good."

What do you like about working at PepsiCo?
"I liked my customers. I also liked the freedom that this job gave me. I was able to work on my own and dealt directly with my customers without interference from Frito Lay management. This job is for the self starter."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be professional."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"There were times when I did not have a pull-up person for my grocery stores. This made it so I had to work 7 days a week without a day off for a few months at a time. It seemed to me that management was not concerned about my days off as long as the product was pulled."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that management try to remember what it was like when they were in the trenches. Sometimes, they forget about the lower workers, as long as the numbers are reached."

"Good money, learned a lot of valuable experience handling everything to do with the business."

"Getting up in the middle of the night, no time off working holidays, the hours."

"Needs to make sure stores like Walmart don't abuse their sales reps as free slaves for Walmart. Like doing free resets for them."
