"If they ask you to go with one amount for your wage so they do not have to change the client's charges, do not do it. They tend not to include that dollar or two in a monthly paycheck."

"Give a fair percentage of billing to a person who really earned it, with job security and at least basic benefits."

"Account representatives/managers turn over quickly or take positions themselves. As a result, you lose your contacts with managers and fall by the wayside."

"Improve service to consultants and/or temporary staffing, and follow through on ensuring future employment for them."
