"It gave me flexible hours when I was in school."

"Give lots of great customer service examples.Read the book, Good to Great."
What don't you like about working at LensCrafters?
"It is a job not a career. I went to school, so I wouldn't have to work in a non 9-5 job. If you have a high school degree, it is a good place to make something of yourself. If you have a higher degree, it is a waste of your time. They have also changed their policy on saving for your 401K. It is really too bad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"treat employees fair across the board."

"They should go elsewhere. All the promises and nice presentation about the company is false."
What don't you like about working at Peet's Coffee & Tea?
"Very poor management that lacks respect and dignity. Old fashioned and traditional approach to doing business while trying to bring about change. They need to hire better people and try to hold on to them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should be more selective in their hiring process and most importantly, they need to retain talent that they have on hand instead of losing them due to serious incompetency."
What do you like about working at Sprint?
"I love the freedom to make your own decision and be able to implement your ides to help build location."

"Keep your nose clean because upper management will fire you over anything, no matter if you are right or wrong!"
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"What I didn't like about working at wireless lifestyle was that upper-management does not fully support their employees. The employees aren't valued as assets. Employees are seen as expendable and replaceable, even the great employees."

"Trust your employees and show them that upper management will support them."

"Good and fair company to work for. Loved my store and my employees and my customers."

"To let the Managers manage and do their job."

"Tmobile use to be a great place to work but management change ."
What do you like about working at T-Mobile?
"I truly believed in the product and affordable pricing we could offer the customer. I like the former employes I worked with some were great team players."

"Now Tmobile it about who you know so get your network in order. It wasnt always this way."
What don't you like about working at T-Mobile?
"I don't like that after 7 years of hard work and dedication that 1 week before they close the doors to my store that they were going to notify me and the staff at the same time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Unfortunately the upper management in the Nashville area does not care for the customers. I have contacted her on some issues that customers have about being cut off for roaming. She responed by saying that they are just costing the company to much. Not a good answer. I would have fought to save these customers."

"I didn't like the lack of communication from upper managment on performance and concerns."

"We were supposed to have weekly office calls to discuss how everything was going and those rarely happened. I would say that those happening every week would be a great thing for business."
