"past managers had no structure or authorative sense of how to be a manager. Employees stole and blamed other employess, while the managers did nothing to stop it."

What do you like about working at Atlantic Coast Merchandising?
"The people I report to were very helpful. They told me if I need anything just call. I had a question the first night of my assignment and called my manager at 9pm and she was so nice and helped me with my questions."

"They managers will be honest with you, so you should be the same. Work is work but it is so relaxing that no one is over your back all day. I also like the way they pay."

"I don't dislike anything about this company. It's a great place to work."

"Help train managers of other companies on how to deal with associates."

"Have a reliable car, prepare for paperwork and oline timekeeping, do not expect raises unless promoted. Compensated for travel, admin time, and mileage. Will meet many interesting people through teamwork. Freedom and independence enjoyed in accomplishing tasks."
