"The hours on Noc shift are hard, and once you say yes to 1 noc shift, they think you want to do it all the time."

"Offer more positive feedback to employees routinely. Ask the employees what they need, allow them to have input to upper management. Trust your worker bees."

"I really enjoyed working with the kids here. It was a job that made a difference in the lives of many."

"Be prepared to work with many kids at the same time. There will be a lot of problem children here and they are all looking for guidance from you."
What don't you like about working at Job Corps?
"The rotating shift work and always working on holidays."

"I am not sure what could be done better here really. There is not much room for growth in this position. You take it at face value and it is what it is."
