"For about a decade innovation ruled and we could accomplish cool new projects. Lately, however, when we play now, it's strictly by the book and for only 10 minutes at a time with supervision."

What don't you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"New management has ended currently successful projects that have been holding up the age old unsuccessful projects. Things will fall apart catastrophically in the next 12 to 18 months."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at he garden of employees and pull the weeds and feed to flowers."

What do you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"On the whole, ARHS is a great company with a great attitude. There are two or three business departments that continue as pockets of incompetence."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"ARHS is a nurses' and physicians' hospital. Look for jobs that deal with direct patient care. Recently ARHS has partnered to become a medical education facility and so growth is occurring rapidly."

What don't you like about working at Regional Medical Center?

"The management of a handful of business departments think that punch-cards are still the wave of the future and that the web is just a fad."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to pay attention to national trends and academic studies pointing them out of the dark ages and into the 21st century."
