4.8Reebok is an American-inspired global brand with a deep heritage in fitness. In fact, our mission is to be the best fitness brand in the world. At Reebok, we know that greatness doesn’t come from standing still. We have a long history of pushing boundaries. We’re the brand that helped usher in a fitness movement that forever changed the way we look at spandex and headbands. It’s not the 1980s anymore but today, we continue to be daring in everything we do. We are curious, provocative, witty and unexpected. We are Reebok.
Our Consumer
We believe that fitness is for everybody – and every BODY. It’s for every day – not just game day. For our consumers, the ‘Game Changers’, fitness is the vehicle they use to explore life’s edges. The Game Changers don’t shy away from the unexpected; in fact, they embrace it. They are constantly evolving and looking to try new things across all facets of their world and curators of their own lives. They instigate innovation, they define their own code and they build their own tribe. They are truly changing the game.
Our Team
Combining the resources and infrastructure of a global brand with the creative culture of a startup, our teams are changing people’s lives for the better through sport. adidas-Reebok strives to inspire and enable people to harness the power of sport in their lives. Sport is our very purpose. Inspired by our heritage, we know that a profound understanding of the consumer and their journey in sport is essential to achieving this goal. To anticipate and respond to their needs, we continuously strive to create a culture of innovation, creativity and confidence. Through our portfolio of authentic sports brands, we harness this culture and push the boundaries of products, services and processes to drive brand desire.
3.9Reebok was a great place to work. Sadly, the corporate culture over the past 6 years has deteriorated to a point where much of the fun and camaraderie was replaced by competing factions.Directionally, the change from a Sport to a Fitness brand reduced a vibrant, visible brand into a shell of itself so narrowly defined that it hard to recognize.Too bad... it was a great place to work.
3.5Reebok is a compelling place to work if you consider the environment. There are struggles working between different departments at times, and Reebok tends to shift their brand direction, directors, and CEO's very often. All together, however, it is a great place to get started in your career.
