"There were opportunties to cross industries. Obtaining those opportunties were an entirely different matter."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The people that do the hiring vary depending on the level of the organization and also industry. Do your best and ask a lot of questions. Do NOT ask how long drugs stay in your system for, and make sure you wear interview appropriate clothing even if you have to borrow it."

What don't you like about working at Advanced Composites Solutions?

"The values and benefits modeled from a corporate culture are NOT modeled or upheld within the organization. I worked there for 3 years and 2 1/2 in Recruiting enough to see it wasn't just me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I invited HR to contact me for more information regarding my exit interview. I still have not heard from the organization. I was also not offered an exit interview. I had to contact HR to find the internal link on my own to fill out. When/if they contact me, I can discuss it with them."
