"Take my advise...don't even think about working there. You might think its great at first, but just wait...give it 6 months, you'll be looking for another job"

"The pay sucked, managment sucked, and after 5 years they treated me like crap"

"That they get out of there and let someone with real brains to take over."

"the quality of the tools we built was excellent, Dremel, Bosch tools and Roto Zip."

"the company is only reconditioning tools for the company and the chances for hiring on is almost nonexistent"
What don't you like about working at Bosch?
"summertime and fall hours could get up to 70 hours a week from 4am to 4pm at peak production but made for a good payday in a low income state"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"bring back the tool production and put the people back to work ."
