"Be aware it is a company and most legal work will be sent outside. It will take longer to advance if you are not working in your area of expertise"

"Hire people that are qualified not friends of others in the department. Tell people up front what changes have occured so they are aware of the road ahead."

"You have to accept the fact that the real estate agents will always be right and you either meet their unreasonable demands or you get in trouble."

"Little room for growth and much office politics. And, the real estate industry is not strong so there were layoffs"
