"As a contractor, I feel it is a very positive experience."
What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I like the great training, computer system, and people. Work load is acceptable, and management listens and responds accordingly - backing up an underwriter's decision if appropriate."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself, and don't be intimated by speaking with a manager. The managers were the best I had worked for in a contract position."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"The parking situation is unbearable - so much so that valet parking was instituted."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None really, they provide lunch vendors, restaurants inside the campus and a coffee shop."

"would not recommend interviewing for this company if you are offended by harsh language."

"I don't like that the building and working environments are old, outdated, and showing signs of not being cared for properly."

"Improve the facility to match the products that are suppose to be coming out of this facility. The products are solid in quality but the environment for producing these parts is poor."

"Very high attention to DvD print details were ALWAYS REQUIRED."

"Better chance of job security in Mexico (where company's main client went) & even there the Internet & DvD piracy will eventually cost you your job!"

"Non-value added politics & old friends favoritism were ALWAYS PRESENT."

"TAKE RESPONSIBILITY of POSITION. First job lost was not yours..."
