"Purple is a great company to work for."
"It’s a great company to work for. A couple of hr problems that were super frustrating other than that it’s been great."
"Purple is an ok company to work for, there are a lot of really smart people, but ultimately all decisions are driven by the CEO. No matter on timeline or priority, he decides what goes."
"I've worked for Purple for the past year. I've enjoyed many aspects of it here, but found a few things that bother me. Namely, poor communication between team leaders to their members, competitive environment (for seemingly no reason), and no loyalty towards the lower employees (throwing them under the bus)."
"Purple was a growing company when I first got hired on, and with that comes many growing pains. There were broken promises in regards to my pay structure, and there was never any room for advancement. I saw hundreds of people come and go; everything from employees leaving on their own terms, and forceful termination. Many of us questioned when it was our turn to meet the chopping block regardless of our increased performance. Purple has incredible product, but i do not recommend working for them."
"Fantastic company, great products, great people and great culture. They just need to get through the pains of hypergrowth."
