3.8When I joined Pure Storage, I was hired by and the department was run by different management. Over the months, with new management in place, it has quickly turned into a place which hires and fires quickly.
4.6I was selected as part of initial, 6-person support team to develop and scale the support organization from a small startup to large, publicly traded company. Provided enterprise-level support for Pure Storage Flash Arrays, and all SAN challenges entailed within, troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. Championed customer issues to resolution, often working with engineering resources to resolve problems, and communicated root cause analysis and resolution details to customers and sales engineers.
This is a great company to work for, and I'm very proud to have helped nurture team growth from a 6-person support office to over 200 employees in that one building.
