To have the best, experienced, competent, and confident managers that can provide information and help the sales associates to do a job better. To not talk down to the SA-but privde suggestions in a positive way (as many of the SA's have alot of work/sales experience, common sense, and have made more money, and went to college). To communicate any changes going on.
