I was hired to fulfill a specific function, yet feel my effectiveness was stifled as a result of the push back from regional IT leadership directed at the System Office. With no hope for successful delivery of security solutions I opted to provide my skills to another organization that really needed me."

"Institute peer reviews that focus on collaborative system office/regional leadership successes and shortfalls. Make the results of these reviews a significant/major component of annual reviews, tied to compensation plans/bonuses."
