What don't you like about working at Alcoa?
"The management group lies and misleads their customers in order to avert correcting production issues. I worked as a program engineer at a Mexico site where the plant manager lied to Harley Davidson about run at rate phase. Worst of all he did this while we were in a meeting making us all accomplices in his lie."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that the plant manager in Piedras Negras and the Program Manager from Farmington Hills take an ethics class. When a person comes forward with concerns about how business ethics are substandard, don't look for a way to get rid of this person. It only prolongs the agony for all involved at the site."
