What do you like about working at Lyris?
"The projects were constant, and my co-workers were very pleasant."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Not much except that I believe the company is very different from when I was there."
What don't you like about working at Lyris?
"I had to fly very often and it was hard on me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take care of your employees, they will surely take care of you."
What do you like about working at JAMF Software?
"JAMF is currently engaged with Apple technology which is at the epicenter of technology development."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You must be open to unpredictable position changes and erratic organizational changes."
What don't you like about working at JAMF Software?
"JAMF is prone to sudden and major organizational changes. My current position changed completely after 1 year without and now requires weekly travel with out limits or guidelines"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"JAMF is admittedly not proficient in communications with employees. JAMF has had very rapid growth and has struggled to keep pace, internally, with the growth."
What do you like about working at Jive Software?
"Fun, innovative, exciting. I was always working with new clients and different projects."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Jive is a fun place to work, great culture and people. Don't work remotely, though."
What don't you like about working at Jive Software?
"There was not much room for advancement. I was looking for next steps but hard to figure that out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Doing a great job, expecting great things from you all."

What don't you like about working at General Electric?
"When the economy is down, your'e gone while Japanese companies when the economy is down no lay-off however there is a salary pay-cut."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Strong interest in storage technologies with ability to interact with everyone (sales, service, and customers)."
What don't you like about working at NetApp?
"Nothing. Too bad upper management made the decision to lay off the PSEs company wide, resulting in unsatisfied customers as well."

"Great place to get hired and not advance your career."
What do you like about working at NetApp?
"The NetApp mentality is great. Everyone likes to let loose on company events. Working from home was definitely a great plus."
What don't you like about working at NetApp?
"I started NetApp as a Level 2 engineer, within 2 years I was considered the go to guy for any questions regarding NetApp technology. It has been 4 years from my hire date and I am still a level 2 engineer. This is even after getting very high scores on all of my reviews and receiving all of my certifications."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give people in your PS organization a chance to grow. Look for the people that are doing a great job and promote them. Do NOT use the economy as an excuse to keep people from getting a pay raise. We all know that the company made just as much money if not more than they did last year and the year before."
