"There is no company identity or, strategy. Before I got there they lost their number one customer (65% of revenue). No sense of urgency."

I have exceptional skills in analyzing and maximizing production efficiency without reducing production quality. During my position as Production Management, I was responsible for material control, material planning, supervising production, testing and shipping custom computerized equipment that followed the company ISO guidelines."

"Millat Industries is a solid company and has been since 1966. The owners of the company are proud of the culture and systems they have created over the years. Any person who works at this company will have the same level of satisfaction I have had over the past 4.5 years."

"The company is run by 3 generations of family and there is only tow levels between me and the top. I have no further growth opportunity."

"They are growing fast, however the growth of their staff resources has diminished since the economic downturn. I would suggest they start strengthening their staff level resources in order to maintain their commitment to quality, service, and delivery."

"If the company still hires independent contractor for most of their television broadcast operation jobs ask for how long the contract would run and if the contract can be renewed after the first term."

"As a contractor, what I dont like is not being able to share the fulfillment of these working and professional relationship permanently."

"This is a federal government operation governed by a board of directors my suggestions would have been to the board not to eliminate independent contractors for their jobs are vital too."
