"I was very fortunate to be part of this startup Toyota company. If you ever have the opportunity and have the patience I would not hesitate in doing this all over again"

"Nothing really other than I had to drive about a 100 miles per day but they provided a company car"

"There was no compensation for increasing profitability and efficiency. I increased profits by 8% in my first year and received little compensation."

"I don't see much more growth in my position. I have went from Designer to Production manager. I have two designers and a bindery worker under me."

"My current company should invest in more finishing equipment. We outsource somethings that our bindery worker could do if we had the proper equipment"

"I loved my job there. The people were about the same age, so we had alot in common. The products we made were interesting, and served a purpose."

"I really can not think of anything that was not to like. the people, customers, and management were great."

"Go for it- you have nothing to lose if you feel confident you can do the job effectively and the company will benefit from you."

"Upper management was crooked to say the least and enjoyed setting people up to fail. This was the reason for me leaving the company under mutual agreement."

"Look at every suggestion with an open mind, especially when the person making the suggestion is more qualified to do so."

"I enjoyed the diverse clientele. Enjoyed working with a reliable staff. Enjoyed implementing new positive business marketing ideas to raise the bottom line. Enjoyed maintaining all of the administrative needs of the business. While I was the owner, the work environment was strong and ethical. Employees were friendly and energetic and we were all ready to make the day productive and and produce revenew for the business."

"If applying for a management position with the present owner, I would suggest that this individual present themselves as a leader and demonstrate reliability and ready to take charge of the position."
What don't you like about working at Stop N Go Cleaners?
"While I was the owner the business ran strong and was a high producer for the industry, however, upon the sale and change of ownership, the new owner had a different perspective of managing the business. The product quality was that not of a high standard. It became a less than exceptable end product that disatisfied the clientele."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The finished product is an essential key for customer satisfaction and returning customers, and the end product that is being delivered to our customers is not that of their satisfaction. In order to accomplish customer satisfaction, the cleaning must improve. Meeting customers expected due dates is key."
