"It's time to move to another part of the country, preferably on the coast. I have been here all my life, and would like to make that change."

"Our company is run very well, and that makes for a better work environment."

"Plan on pulling yourself up by the bootstraps. There are lots of opportunities, but you have to take them for yourself - no one will hand them to you."

"Difficult to get changes through the overwhelming bureacracy. Sometimes difficult to get a good idea out because there are too many naysayers or it is hard to find the right person to talk to."

"More excitement, more energy, fewer products so we could concentrate on the right ones"
