"I was exposed to new technologies like EDI and write and modify PL/SQL procedures. Though it was complex, I was able to understand and analyze the problems and provide expected solution to customers like AT&T, Verizon, etc. I also gained experience in communication with customers. But some times it was a little difficult to explain the technical problems to certain customers."

"There is a flat organizational structure and you can access senior level fairly easily."

"There can be a lack of organized training and career development; some managers do not really care about employee development."

"Managers should not try not to micro manage and should work on team building."
