"know that you will get beaten up on a regular basis and money is good only if you are at a high volume store."
What don't you like about working at Harris Teeter?
"have very little qualified help, and when things hit the fan, it all falls to me. this is fine, but I am overworked since we are under staffed. I am then scolded for working too many hours or for having problems with my staff that aren't properly trained by me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"the entire culture at harris teeter keeps stress levels high at all times due to always having 'emergencies' that need to be attending to instead of just running their business the best they can."

"The customers and the holiday seasons. Building displays and the coming in season of fruits and veggies."

"Dealing with customer complaints. I can handle them in a professional manor, but it's the idea that I didn't have them leave the store satisfied."

"Keep up with the change of the future, and thinking outside the box."
