"Chinese run firm that uses people to open accounts and re establish relationships due to previous non payment of monies to suppliers. Once relationship is re established, the accounts are taken over and people are laid off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be honest with people upfront, especially if people are leaving other positions to join your firm."
