What do you like about working at Target?

"I like the people and the atmosphere. My boss actually cared about me, more than just a performance number."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"Some of the policies. SC is a right to work state, but Target was far to concerned with a firing 'holding up in court'. Firing someone nearly took an act of congress."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a more active role in some of the smaller tasks of the day. You should not ask me to do something you aren't willing to do."
