"I have worked for TOP Premium Finance for almost 7 years. They are a division of Premier America and considered to be a completely different entity. The processes and software used at TOP Premium is completely different to that of Premier's. The turnover rate with respect to management since my joining the department is unbelievably high, as no one seems to know how to manage a premium finance company. It takes years to understand the facets of how premium financing works, and because our loans are unsecured, one has to be careful with respect to how money is lent out. Caps should be put into place on certain loans in order to ensure that our losses are mitigated, and this takes both a strong understanding of the industry, as well as an education/background in finance. This is not the case at present, unfortunately, and there is no room for growth within the department at all."

"Overall, the Credit Union is established but the constant change in management with new rules and regulations is difficult to follow the changes and requirements."

"Strong financial institution and grew over a period of 10 years with the company. Opportunity to learn and grow departments in technology based initiatives. Employment longevity."

"Be prepared to become a part of a dinamic team of hard workers."

"No opportunity to grow or move to another department as all positions were locked in and no one was ready to move."

"Keep up the good work. Strong senior management team sets strong strategic plans for gowth and longevity.."

"I would not recommend this credit union and they are having money issues be very careful not a strong credit union"

"Lots of favoritism to the staff they knew Several people have been let go to make room for those who would have gone with downsizing but were given those positions"

"Place the right people in the right positions get ride of favortism"
