"My last job involved remodeling the spinal cord unit at the VA hospital. The management was very pleased while engaged in several small V.A. projects in the U.S. at the same time. I believe that the V,A, labor unions impeded effective competition and accurate planning. Overall, the V.A. hospital organization is an enormous hospital system with some invariable systemic inequities. I completed that portion of the job allotted to me and my employer."
