"You won't find another sales position like this. Half of the profit the company makes - schools, sports teams, and youth organizations make. The position isn't easy and you have to be very comfortable on the phone, but it is worth it."

"I've worked for Platinum Fundraising for the last few years. The culture and environment is something to write home about. For years, I did not feel like I was going to work. Everyone is so kind and welcoming! The office is beautiful and sparkling clean. It's also in an amazing location. The opportunity to grow is there is you work hard and put in the hours. The only cons I would mention: If you are used to marching to the beat of your own drum or doing things you own way, this may not be the best fight for you. They are particular in the way they do things, because they have been doing it for 20 years! It might not be the ideal situation for every sales person. Also, the PTO is very limited. You have 3 days for every 6 month semester. They do not carry over, so your only option of a week of vacation is the wee of the Fourth of July (which is great to have that week off, but it is a very expensive time to vacation)."
